Its digital real estate presence includes BPGINC.io, a platform designed to connect property owners with users seeking commercial, industrial, and flexible-use space. That platform-based approach provides a foundation for bringing property discovery, utilization, and digital services closer together.

Our objective is to build on these resources, integrating the digital properties included in the merger with technology that supports more efficient administration, better information access, and new ways to engage with real-world assets.

Our partnership with BLAQclouds connects TIPS Global’s real estate strategy with blockchain development and Web3 infrastructure.

BLAQclouds has identified property-management systems, identity and access controls, payments, settlement, and reporting as core elements of its technology role supporting BLAQclouds Property Group. These capabilities provide a relevant foundation for the integration we are pursuing.

Our goal is to apply technology where it serves a clear business purpose: simplifying processes, improving visibility, and connecting existing operations with blockchain-based applications.

DeployTokens.com is a key component of our technology offering, supporting the creation of real-world asset—or RWA—smart contracts across more than 24 blockchain networks, alongside tools for bulk token and NFT airdrops.

Its no-code token-creation interface lets users configure and deploy tokens without building a smart contract from scratch. Available configuration options include token supply, minting, burning, and other contract features, depending on the selected implementation.
